throttle reading backwards

My e48 is reading 220 at closed throttle and 40 at wide open
The rang is supposed to be 0 to 250 with the first ten at minimum reserved to register sensor faults.

So as you can see its backwards. I have an ecu feed an earth and 5v at three of the pins as per the wiring but how do I correct this? Swap earth and 5v?

Yes, you can only do this on E48. Later ECU can reverse the operation in the throttle set up window.
