And are you using the same sensor on all engines ?

Again, the scope trace looks perfectly fine. Have you tried putting a proper scope on it and measuring actual voltages at low rpm ?

Not the same but stock. Have test sensors that works on a stock car but I still got the same problem in mine.

I will get brand new Crank and cam sensors today, dont think it will help but at least it new things to test with.

Next step will be to hook it up on a scope so I can at least eliminate one of the sensors.

Have you tried running it in batch fire mode with crank signal only ?

Drew - Just to satisfy myself, Is that a long hole for the missing teeth? and would it still work if it did not have the long hole there, eg as if it had a double tooth instead of a double missing tooth?

yeah the bits between the holes are teeth so if the long hole wasnt there it would be a 60-0. would work with a good cam sensor.

Now it works!

Hook up a ordinary 60-2 wheel in the front of the engine and now it
starts fine! Also tested whit new sensors before I built the new triggerwheel
but it dident make any sense.

I think you have to reverse the polarity of the crank signal wires if you have a reverse signal, ie metal instead of gaps?

It would be interesting to see both setups on a scope.

I saw a home made trigger disc once on a Pug 205 front pulley, the guy had made it the inverted way, ie teeth instead of gaps, the engine wouldn't run, I phoned Alan at DTA and he said just reverse the crank sensor wires, he did this and it started straight away.
