Issue with Ld Performance Racing Dash V2

Hello guys,
anyone of you are using a Ldperformance digital Dashboard (racing dash V2)?
after the last softwere update i cant connect the dash to the pc anymore. I tried to contact che assistence by mail and telephone number but no one reply back.
Anyone with the same issue?
PS: i have already tried with dirrefent pc, cable and dashboard (i have 2 of them).
