I cannot connect to S60 Pro ECU - connection attempt failed

Hi,
When I'm connecting to the ECU with DTASWIN through a Profilic USB COM adapter I get the error that the connection cannot be made. (Connection attempt failed). I've tried the following things:
- Installed correct driver 3.4.31.231
- Tried with the older DTASWIN software
- Set correct COM port settings following the manual
