The instructions do say 1234 and then 5678...

But I have a feeling I recall Allan saying it would depend on number of cylinders used. So 123, and then 456 in this case.

Definitely one for Alex to confirm though

Hi Roger

If I understand correctly, you want to run 12 injectors.

If so, use outputs 1,2 and 3 for the primary injectors, paired up in firing order.
Then use 4, 5 and 6 for the secondary injectors.

HI Alex,
Yes 12 injectors
OP 4 - Pin 24 instead of OP6 - Pin 15 for secondary Cyl 1 - 6
OP 5 - Pin 16 instead of OP7 - Pin 24 for secondary Cyl 2 - 5 and
OP 6 - Pin 15 instead of OP8 - Pin 23 for secondary Cyl 3 - 4
Correct ?

Thanks

Might be worth updating the wiring diagram info ? As it is a query that has come up a few times.

Not quite.
The firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4. To group the injectors correctly, I write them like this:

1-5-3
6-2-4

Reading vertically gives the grouping.
So 1 and 6 together, 5 & 2 together, 3 and 4 together.

Primary Injectors
Inj 1 (Pin 9 ) - Cylinder 1 & 6 primary injectors
Inj 2 (Pin 17) - Cylinder 2 & 5 primary injectors
Inj 3 (Pin 34) - Cylinder 3 & 4 primary injectors

Secondary Injectors
Inj 4 (Pin 25) - Cylinder 1 & 6 secondary injectors
Inj 5 (Pin 16) - Cylinder 2 & 5 secondary injectors
Inj 6 (Pin 15) - Cylinder 3 & 4 secondary injectors

Assume Sequential Injection needs to stay active

with paired injectors and staged...not even sure if sequential injection can even work ?

Not with that wiring. That's semi-sequential injection with the secondaries able to be blended in.

If you want sequential injection, you can't blend the second set.

Which do you want?

I guess you would need an S120 with 12 injector drivers for twin injector sequential with blending ;)
