check for 12v at the injector plugs, ecu pulls them to earth.

you should hear the fuel pump prime when you power the ecu up and should also run when cranking.

I do hear the fuel pum 2-3 seconds each time I Power up the ECU. It's impossible to hear the fuel pump while cranking.

if the injectors don't work in test mode, you have a fault.
Check that you have 12v to one side of the injector and fuel pressure.

Ensure that the ecu is synchronising in the diagnostic screen whilst cranking.

And bare in mind...ecu faults are incredibly rare. Even more so when you're using multiple injector outputs...and saying no injectors fire.

What wiring loom are you using ?

I'm using a wiring loom from ST Motorsport. The ECU is synchronising. Very strange....

all that means is the crank signal is correct, doesn't mean that the injector wiring is working or the relays.

And you still havent answered.

Do you have 12v at the injectors during any test or cranking ?

Do you have a signal on any of the injector outputs during cranking or testing ?

Assume nothing, test properly.

Not hard to jam a test light into an injector plug and see if one of the wires has power.

I'm on a business trip this week so any further testing has to wait until the weekend.

Ok, I have now done some trials and have established that I have 6v on all four injectors, not 12v. This was done with ECU power on but not cranking.

I also tested the wiring loom with the use of the continuity function on my multimeter. I tested continuity between pin 8/9 on the ECU connector and the four injector connectors. I found out that I got signal between pin 8 and both pins in each of the four connectors. Same for pin 9. Isn't that strange?
