Hi All.
Just getting to the point of re-pinning my S60 ECU plugs and find i'm 3 pins short! I was sure I had some new but not a scooby where! Has anyone possibly got some new ones or even s/hand ones that have a pig tail of wire that I can splice to? RS have them in packs of 10 at . . . . . HOW MUCH! Like to avoid that if possible. Anyone help please ?
Regards
Ian

£2 for a pack of 5 ?

Although you also need to buy at least 5 packs.
I had a load from an old Busa loom which could be used for pigtails with OEM crimps.....except after sitting in the garage for some 8 years...I threw them out 2 weeks ago lol. Will check later to see if I kept any of them.
I would have some old ones attached to wires as I've been re-wiring my car now. The crimps are secure....but not pretty, and I think probably soldered as I never had suitable crimpers at the time I did that many years ago.
Could post some of them over ?
Although with post being very slow etc....RS probably easiest option.
On a side note, the T10 crimpers that have been mentioned in the other thread, work superbly for these pins. Although I did slightly enlarge the small round crimp hole in them as it was a little too tight.
Which then ended up being a little loose for very thin wire, so a bootlace style crimper tightened it all up again lol

Do an ebay search - pretty sure you can buy sets of pins.
Or try kojaycat.co.uk

Steve - more than happy to cover post etc. if you find some? I crimped all my current ones with needle nose pliers, then soldered - i'm too tight to spring for proper crimpers that i'll likely only use once LOL!

email or message me the address.
I'll have something for sure whether pretty or not lol.
Was actually in the garage there but forgot to look for the original ones, but I definitely have a load of DIY ones as I only ripped them out at the weekend so the bins havent been emptied yet.
