Give input on tuning as well as any tips and tricks you may have. Also feel free to share base mapping files for various engine types.

I'd be testing voltages when cranking, at battery, at starter, at ECU, etc to find out why it might be logging that (if it actually is that low and not a random number...).
I have a new s60. Maybe 2 month old..
Alex replaced it for this problem but same issue whit the new one

I gonna try with a multimeter and come back with the values after..

Check all of your grounds are correct on the car and the ECU, is the ground pin on the case connected to a Power Ground? This is the most likely fault simple fix if so.

Power ground is the 12v ground, i.e. the main power ground.

ie pins 13 and 14 which go to the battery or similar good solid ground.

As per the wiring diagram, it should have the pin on the case grounded to your main grounds at pins 13 or 14 on the ECU main power connector ( 3 key way ).

The case pin is connected to pin 13 and 14 from the ecu directly to the firewall /body same as the reley grunds for the rest of the car and the ground to lanch control..

Must the Ecu be grounded alone?

Make sure there is a big solid earth from that point to the battery, don't rely on the chassis to provide the earth. Best is to take the ecu earth right back to the battery.
All the ecu switch and sensor earths should be clean earths from the ecu's sensor ground only, as per the diagram, don't use the power earth for sensor grounds!
