Crankshaft position sensor

Post by Tomas_Ford_MK1 »

Hello guys,
I turn to you for help, I hope, that you give me advice in my issue. We have Holbay engine with DTA S60 ECU in our Ford Escort MK1. We are still working on it, but we have problem with synchronisation of the crankshaft and the engine does not want to start.  If I start the engine diagnostic in DTAs program I can see troubleshooting and state of synchronisation. When we start turning engine it shows "Turning-attempting to synchronise" but not "synchronized attempting to start".. I checked the general engine setting, flywheel is set correctly (used standart 36-1 flywheel).. I checked the crankshaft oscilloscope, but i don´t know if it is OK. Could you check the diagram of crankshaft oscilloscope and give me information, that signal is plausible ?
Diagram in attachment..
Thanks a lot

ECU is not seeing gap in trigger, is this a known trigger wheel and sensor combo?
