Try a smaller resistor, perhaps 200ohm

There are two ways.
In the data table, use the gain and offset values to modify the raw voltage to fuel level.
The formula is Fuel Level = (Gain * mV) + Offset.
Easier for you would be to use the thresholds.
Set the Conv to "By Part" and enter the Threshold values. X is mV, Y is fuel level.
