Hayabusa crank trigger

I know I run one of these engines, but I made my own crank trigger as it came with a 8+1 a mate has a later stock 24-2 but I cant find the correct sensor position, avalable maps vary by 20 degrees, what's correct? As you cant see the crank trigger

crank/scope it over with a plug in cyl1 ?
