Hello everyone
First of all please excuse me for my very hard working English.
I live in France and my last English lessons are more than 15 years old.
I just cabled a DTA s60 on my vehicle: ALFA ROMEO 75 2.0 TWINSPARK with which I participate in the rally competition.
Everything is correctly wired I think, the oscilloscope is good, the engine synchronizes in green, it starts even remains idle at around 600 rpm and then stalls.
If I try to accelerate to increase the engine speed the engine stalls immediately.
I used a map of an original engine of the same model as me.
I think I can not find the solution.
Does anyone have an idea?
thank you in advance

Re: DTA S60 start problem
Your English is about 1000% better than my French ever was!
Simple sounds like too much or too little fuel, use the real time mapping screen and keys or curser on the fuel adjuster +/- 50% to try and see what the engine wants. From the description it sounds weak.
This assumes you have all good sensor readings and have calibrated the TPS
Do you have the map sensor fitted and working?

Re: DTA S60 start problem
Hello
Thank you for your reply .
The probes are all ok on the real-time diagnosis.
The time I have 264 off and 991 on.
It is configured and the needle is working properly on the software.
I will try the 50% increase to see.
Thank you

Re: DTA S60 start problem
I do not use a sensor map.
It is possible not to use it?

Re: DTA S60 start problem
You don't need to use a MAP sensor, but you must then remove the MAP compensations.
Re: DTA S60 start problem
Hello
I just removed the map corrections and that's it is bcp better thank you Alex!
Only my account turn that does not work despite the connection of the wire noted on the plan.
Is there any data to enter the DTA software?
thank you in advance

Re: DTA S60 start problem
Hello, I have the 75 TS engine with S 60, but without distributor. This is from the 155 TS 8V.
I looked at a map. You should first set Lambda Functions Max Percentage Increase Fuel and Decrease in Fuel to about 20 % and then Use 20x14 Lambda map.
Try this one.

I'm sorry, I don't understand. What do you mean by account?Did81 wrote:Only my account turn that does not work despite the connection of the wire noted on the plan.

Re: DTA S60 start problem
Hello
First of all for Alex: I was talking about the tachometer. the problem is fixed it was missing a connection.
For happy s60: I have injectors of 248 cc and for the moment I'm not yet at the map focus but a big thank you for the information, I'll have to go see in the software because read like that I do not understand everything sorry.
The news of the day:
The car starts, accelerates but it's chaotic.
Even at steady-state rpm, there are mates.
Looking at the data in real time it turns out that a shot the engine is running and one shot is waiting for synchronization.
So I change the crankshaft sensor but it produces the same thing.
Is there a particular gap for the sensor?
Is there a manipulation on the software to solve these signal losses?
Thank you in advance and again thank you for taking my problems into consideration that's very kind of you and it's a great help to me.
