Hi There Zed - know you from the 200MPH forum of old - show them your dash set up if they think they're short of space! ! ! We know Velcro works but as regards security ask the guy who used it on a bike with a Motec M800 that went walkies while his back was turned!

Nice martin, but do you find the 3D printed plastic is sturdy enough? I used to have access to a 3D printer and the parts would good for mock up usually but not sure about durability.

So far it seems to be adequate for this job, I have one in my own car and it has survived a rally so far which has a jump and viscous landing!

Ha nice - yeah it could be that I am just brutal on stuff. We had the 3D printer where you had to dissolve the material from the base plate and I'd get impatent and start scraping it off with a screw driver and usually destroyed things.

Depends how it's printed and what with. I print loads of structural parts - in fact my rear wings are 3d printed!
