Re: Single misfire event every 3 seconds
I had my brother with me today, and we looked at rejected crank pulses, Sync errors, Teeth errors and re-syncronisations. None of them were counting when the car was misfiring. Could it be a fuel pump/pressure issue? I read somewhere that their fuel pressure damper went bad and they had similar symp...

Re: Single misfire event every 3 seconds
The problem has gotten way worse the last times I've used the car. It seems like it misfires only on a light load and on idle. I would say everything below 60kPa it misfires so bad that tha car bucks and is everything but fun to drive. I replaced the alternator to a different one. This one is not 10...

Re: Long log export time
Yeah, save datalogs to computer. It has always been slow, and I know that there is limitations to the serial communication, but I wasn't expecting it to be this slow. Logging for 10 minutes results in about 14 minutes of waiting for the log to be saved. It starts off really good, but after a minute ...

Long log export time
When exporting logs, it takes very long time if the logs are long. Is it supposed to be like this?
I usually have to wait longer for the log to export than the log length itself.
Log freq. at 10Hz and logging 11 items.

Re: Closed loop corrections
I wouldn't suggest -30% try -10% first. You are using the 14x20 target table, raise idle mix to 1000 rpm and the tps% to just above where you car sits at idle. does your lambda warm up within 5 seconds of start up? one of my innovates takes 35 seconds. as you are on map im not sure the tps band wil...

Re: Closed loop corrections
I see. I got the impression that allowing it too much correction would be bad by reading on the forums. This are my current settings that I will try out the next time I'm out with the car. Any suggestions and tips based on this? By the way: The manual does not say anything about the Idle mix TPS val...

Re: Closed loop corrections
A 3% correction isnt worth the bother! Dont forget that the corrections are only recorded if they are just about central to the current cell. You can adjust the correction window with say a 200 rpm band or tps% it's probably this feature that is leading to your odd experience. On the road it is ver...

Re: Closed loop corrections
I want to continue this thread a bit further, since I can't seem to figure out my closed loop settings. I had a long drive today (About 120 kilometers) and wanted to make my map smoother since it is over all pretty good, but with some variations that I would like to get rid of. Had my laptop on the ...

Re: turbo control setting
I would like to add my comments to this. And also my problems. I have a base PWM map that is almost where i want it to be. In some occasions it overboost a little, and sometimes it doesn't quite make the boost I want. I turned on closed loop turbo control but initially that gave me less boost over a...
