ok, but why has the engine always started and was running good with this map..
I can't figure out what the change of an ECU can give this mess in my mapping..

Just checked all my old mappings (every change i give my mapping a new version number).
Can't find something meshed up like the 2 stroke etc.. Very strange...

indeed, i use 4ms in the high RPM table so for idle it is too much..
normal i had 0.87 ms for idle.

The TPS is working correctly. values are 100% ok

Today checked to fuel pressure at the fuelrail. I have Always 3bar pressure @Fuel pump test, starting the engine and while the engine is running. As far you can call it running.. Also did a triple check at the timing. This is all ok. Did again a compression test. All cilinders are ok. Checked the Or...

The mate, so if i use the 3 wire sensor, i don't need the pullup resistor. just connect the sensor to the 5v, sensor ground and pin 33 of the S40 (analogue 3) and it will work :) The car is drive me crazy at the moment.. They are firing like it should.
I also replaced the fuel pump for a brand new Bosch 044 (had it already) just to make sure the pump wasn't the problem.

I want to place a fuelpressure sensor and connect it to the DTA. Which one should i take?
