Hi!
I'm using DTASwin with a DTA s40pro and would like to export the data from the real time chart but I don't find any way to save to file. Is there a way to save the data to file, or in some other way make it available for post processing and analysis?

Re: Ignition advance, Duratec startup
Aha I did not know, thanks! Its set to 0 in my map, but since it starts I guess that's fine.

Re: Ignition advance, Duratec startup
Had not have time to work on the car recently but thanks, I'll have a look in the live mapping window and see if there is any advance compensation going on. @Rob Stevens: "Start up ignition is just on crank teeth", I guess you mean that the advance is not taken from any map, but just hardc...

Ignition advance, Duratec startup
Hi, I've just recently started up a Duratec 2l on throttle bodies using the standard Zetec map that comes with the SW. In the standard map the advance is quite high (15-33 degrees) even at no/low load so I reduced the advance to 5degrees for 0% and 4 % load, disabled idle control, and downloaded the...

Flyback diode on output?
Hi,
does anyone know if relays controlled by the S40 pro outputs should have a diode or if there are flyback diodes on the S40pro outputs? Specifically I'm thinking about the fuel pump output and if I need a relay with a diode or if I can use any relay (of which I have a bunch).

Re: AUX2 output when engine not running
Ok, thanks for quick response!
And what about the state of AUX2 when the engine is off, can I be sure that my temp guage is not smoked? That is, AUX2 will never be grounded causing a high current through the load (guage) when the engine is not running right?

AUX2 output when engine not running
Hi, I'm planning to map AUX2 output based on water temperature, and use it to drive a bimetal temperature guage. However, when I connect the ECU and set up the AUX2 mapping with different duty cycles I see no change in the voltage (measured between +12v and AUX2). I did not have any load connected, ...
